Refund Policy

At Mudd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with a straightforward return process.

Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original condition. Please note, products must be returned within 30 days of the return label being issued.

Final Sale Items
Please be aware that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Accessories
• Discounted or sale items
• Gifted products

Purchases Through Vendors
If your purchase was made through one of our vendors, we unfortunately cannot process refunds or exchanges. However, we’ll do our best to support you with any issues you may encounter.

Reshipment Fee
If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, we charge a small reshipment fee of $12 to cover the cost of sending your order to the correct address.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like to return an item, simply follow the return process and place a new order for the product you'd prefer.
